[3830] DL1IAO IARU SO CW (corrected)

Forgot to set the zone to 28.  I thought CT would look it up in the
CTY file.  For everyone who got sleepy during those 24h I strongly
recommend to go with a Pacific zone next time, watching the score
increasing faster keeps up the adrenaline flow just a bit!

Sorry for the mistake.
