[3830] 1996 CQWW Certificates??

Hi Jerry, Mats, Vitaly

	'Have been participating on CQWPX SSB since 1990.  In 4 contest since, 2
of which I made it as continental leader & probably the third one if I make
it on last years  WPX contest. But after all that effort I recieved not a
single certificate. I hope this in not the normal practice of WPX
organizers. 'Still waiting this end.
