[3830] K4IQ SOLP CW SS

With tower raising weekends and family obligations, had limited time for 
CW SS this year.  Couldn't send family to hotel, so ran low power.  Had 
fun but wondered where was MS?  Never heard them. Heard NL on 15 or 20, 
but very weak and a big pileup, so decided to wait for low bands, then 
never heard them there.  Also never heard Quebec.
