[3830] ADMINISTRATIVE: Posting CQWW Scores to 3830

Please follow the following SIMPLE rules when posting your score to
3830 at contesting.com.  If you don't, your score will sit in my INBOX until I
manually forward it back to the list.  This can take hours or days.  It's a
lot of extra work to do it, so please do it RIGHT the first time and avoid
the problem up front:

1.  Plain ASCII text.  No MIME.  No attachments.  No HTML or other
    fancy formatting.

2.  Don't use the Cc: field.  Put all the destination addresses in the
    From: field ONLY.

3.  Include your CALLSIGN and CATEGORY in the subject line,  i.e:

	Subject:  W4AN CQWW CW S/O 15M HIGH POWER
