I know you can't tell by my score, but this was NOT a token
effort.

I had one good opening to the states and one to Europe. The rest
was s/p with a lot of yelling to get anyone's attention. Running
the cq machine never worked. Strangely at times I would have short
windows of opportunity to Europe where they would report I was very
loud, but it never lasted but a very short time. But mostly I would
call loud stations and usually after awhile they would get a small
slice of my wailing and after repeated attempts I could get the
contact. The only exception was the station that said I was too
weak to work and to go away. So I did.

Station: Icom-781, Alphapower, 3 ele Telrex @ 190 ft.
