[3830] AA5AU '99 WAE CW SOHP Score

First WAEDC CW since winning W9 land plaque in 1975 as WB9IVC.
Had a lot of fun using Writelog to generate the QTC's.  No EU on 10M
was an unpleasant surprise.  Only heard VE3EJ calling CQ and an LU
working some EU.  Didn't even try 80 because of local thunderstorms.
Thanks to all the excellent EU CW receivers!
