     Comments:  I thought CW was bad on 10...this was much worse and 15
stunk to boot!
          The only redeeming factor was that the low bands were in somewhat
better shape.
          Got a late start due to a fussy baby and mother, but it probably
didnt hurt
          since the starting rates were terrible.  I just about gave up
passing on the
          high bands with a very poor completion rate due to almost no
backscatter prop
          and very spotty conditions.
