 Great contest again this year.  Band was really alive Friday evening
 and got off to the best start I ever had in a contest, but T storms moved
 in about 9pm and that was that.  Saturday the band never really got to
 hopping but plenty of stations.  Noise was pretty bad too.  I lost my 160 M
 Double Bazooka in the May tornadoes so was using a trap dipole.  So to the
 many that called and I could not copy, you have my apologies.  Thanks to
all
 those I was able to work and special thanks to ARRL and staff for
 sponsoring the contest.



 I have observed all competition rules as well as all regulations
established
 for amateur radio in my country.  My report is correct and true to the best
 of my knowledge.  I agree to be bound by the decisions of the Awards
Committee.
