Equipment Description: FT990 + Alpha 91b + P166/CT
Antennas:
160m-Inv V at 16m, 80m-1/4 Sloper at 16m,
40m-Force 12 2el at 17m, 20m-Force 12 4el at 17m (EF240/420)
15m-Force 12 4el at 19.5m, 10m-Force 12 4el at 19.5m (Magnum
415/410)

Due to my work commitments I was not able to operate full
time. I've done my best
and worked many stations on 4-5 bands.
This is how it sounded over here, band by band:

160m - no NA signals on Saturday morning, but managed to
work 50
on Sunday. After very first call Mr. 160, VE1ZZ came back
for the first
QSO. Have you been waiting for me on that freq Jack ?? K0HA
was the best one...
80m  - for the first time (I think) I've worked west coast
stations short path.
The best one was Mike, KC7V from AZ (with the Voo-doo help I
guess).
40m  - excellent first morning with 46 multipliers in three
hours or so.
That was it,  I missed Saturday evening and Sunday morning,
but seems that
the band was not as good as during Saturday morning.
20m  - very poor first day (while trying 15 and 10) but
Sunday evening
was much better and so is my multiplier score. VY1AC was the
best one.
15m - So-so Saturday afternoon, but good opening in the
evening hours
which  resulted in 46 (or 47?) multipliers allowing  some
extra time for 10m on Sunday.
10 m - Bad on Saturday with only 26 east coast multipliers ,
but
better (although occasional) opening on Sunday with even
west coast
coming through. Thanks for the first CA Jim (W6YA).

Overall impression: Very good low bands condx, but 20/15/10
could have
been much better. No long-lasting pile ups, so it was mainly
hard work (again).
I'll be busy on phone weekend too, but will spare some time
for you
deserving ones.
