Comments: High points were actually having some depth to the high
bands in comparison to past years and having a version of NA that
scores the test for you.

Low points: Never heard a soul on 6M and conditions on 80/160 were
particularly poor from my city QTH.  Conditions combined with the Stew
Perry contest made 160 tough.
