 Soapbox Comments
 ________________

 Found conditions to be tough.  Short lived openings mainly to Western
states.
 Did have two short runs to California on Saturday and Sunday afternoon,
 otherwise it was dig and dig for a QSO.  Did better than expected on two
 meters.  New antennas worked good.  First time on 432 and found that
 rather exciting, working stations several grid squares away.  Great
contest,
 wish conditions were better.  Thanks to all I worked and thanks to ARRL
 Contest Bureau for sponsoring the contest.



 I have observed all competition rules as well as all regulations
established
 for amateur radio in my country.  My report is correct and true to the best
 of my knowledge.  I agree to be bound by the decisions of the Awards
