Comments:

My time this year was very limited, having just been discharged from
hospital after major surgery. I spent only 14 hours in the contest.
Conditions on the lf bands were poor here, with thunder crashes covering
80m on both nights. 40m was better, but not enough time could be put in
to gain the needed points. What happened to 10m ?? Most of the time it
was empty! 63 countries, 486 qso's and 275, 420 pts in 14 hrs on qrp was
a fair result. Hopefully in 2000 a better effort can be made with more
sunspots to help.
