Comments: Conditions were very poor this weekend. 10m was not
          good for N.A. and Japan. We have the aim to made 3500
          QSO's but unfortunately it was impossible.
          We think that it's time for the CONTEST committee to
          be more serious during the checking of the log's.
          m/s stations like RD3Q,HG1S working with 2-3 signals at
          one time even sometimes on the different bands!!!
