[3830] WRTC2000 - OFFICIAL LOGGING SOFTWARE FOR WRTC COMPETITORS

HI !

SDW by Paul, EI5DI, will be one of the official logging programs for the
WRTC2000. The version available is not final yet, since we still have to
fine-tune the rules. However, you are welcome to download the program and
test run it. If you find any bugs please let us know.
