Comments:
Hello, All,
Well, my first SPTC and I enjoyed it. Band wasn't too noisy for much of the
time. This was one of the first times that I ran low power in a low band
operation and I was happy to be heard as well as I was, at least I was able to
hold frequency and S&P without much trouble. Even QRPers got through pretty
well.
Participation seemed fairly good, but it got awful slow (read "I fell asleep at
the radio) in the early AM so I went to bed for a few hours.
Good fun on Topband with good signals from all corners of the US and VE, but
very little DX that I could hear...with great thanks to KH7A and KV4FZ, who by
the way, really hung in there to pull out calls and grids under not-the-best
conditions at times.
Already looking forward to next year.
73, and thanks for the Q's
