* Congrats to W3LPL, KC1XX, K1XM, K1RX, W4MYA, K9NS and NQ4I on their
  tremendous efforts!
* Great conditions + Great operators!= A Great Score!
* Lots of ice all over the antennas until 1900Z on Sunday. The 160
  and 80 meter antennas were omni directional most of the weekend
  with VSWRs of over 3:1.
* New ethernet computer network worked flawless thanks to W9ZRX.
* Lots of action on the high bands which caused trouble for our
  rate and multiplier stations. The rates were so good that
  there was no time for the 2nd station on the band to get a chance.
  Many multi multi, multi two and multi single stations do not
  have electronic transmitter lock outs to prevent operator mistakes
  where more than the allowed transmitters can be on the air
  (even for a short period). Most use hand signals between the
  operators. The new bandchange rule for multi two and multi single
  creates more temptation than with the old 10 minute rule. As a
  station owner I have learned that it is very important to help
  the operators stay within the one transmitter on a band at a
  time rule. The operators at K3LR have done a good job of
  coordinating the on air stations through the years however I
  think it is time to upgrade our system. The circuits for these
  lockouts are simple and effective. As I am now installing these
  circuits in my station, I encourage every multi radio station
  to install lockouts as a way to help your operators.
