 Comments: The solar flare killed 10m completely and made the other bands
very
 tough at times when combined with a high local noise level. Tnx for all the
 QSO's despite it all. I really admire those European scores here on 3830.
This was
 a year  for PACC when being on the same side of the magnetic pole was very
important.
