Comments:

Great band conditions for a contest.  I have never seen, in nearly 40 years
of hamming, the tremendous signals from Europe on 10 meters.  Just after
sunrise most were just amazingly strong.  30 and 40 over S9, on a Scotch
S meter.  This lasted for over 3 hours.  Great fun and great conditions
the entire contest.  Many thanks to the 205 JA's I worked as well as the
many others.  Several new countries for me also.

 I have observed all competition rules as well as all regulations
established
 for amateur radio in my country.  My report is correct and true to the best
 of my knowledge.  I agree to be bound by the decisions of the Awards
Committee.
