[3830] NY4T IARU SO LP AB SSB Only

What a difference a year and some 10 meter propagation makes.  Last year
was almost all s%p....this year I was able to generate quite a run on 10
and a few lesser ones on 15 and 20.  The 10m run lasted almost 3 hours
with the rate hovering around 100.  

Original goal was 500 Q's.  Stomped that one easy.  Still left room for
improvement since I only worked 16.5 hours.
