Comments:

83 WRTC QSOs with 45 of the 53 participants

QRN from nearby thunderstorms was S9 on 40M, and S4-5 even on 20M.  As a
result, our low band totals suffered.

Not many EU on 10M from this far east, however the ones we heard were easy to
work.  And its always a treat to work JAs long path on 10M.

Congrats to the WRTC participants for being so easy to work.
