[3830] Additional V25A Data

We found that we were not working many U.S stations - perhaps Memorial
Day activities were keeping people off the air ?

Since CT does not give you a .CNT file for WPX, I'm not sure how many
U.S. stations we worked, but from the continent data below, it appears
that less than 1/4 of our QSOs were with the U.S.  Clearly, the condx
were unusual for that to occur.
