[Pawel SP7PS ex SP7NMW]

Hello,

Would you please to tell me, what country is RT9W? This station worked in
SPDX Contest last weekend and some Polish guys have problems, how to count
it.... WriteLog and CT count this station as Asiatic Russia, but there are
some information, that it should be Ukraine.
What is your opinion? Thanks in advance.
