Hello Friends,

I would like to thanks for all letters I got both at reflectors and sent
directly to me.
RT9W is Asiatic Russia regards to the simple rule:

All "R" prefixes belong to Russia. RA1-RZ6, UA1-UI6 is European and
RA7-RZ0, UA1-UI0 is Asiatic Russia.

I hope it is easier and better understanding of Russia stations status, now.
