In the half hour before the start time I heard very few signals and thought 
maybe I had the wrong date or participation was going to be way down.  As it 
turned out participation was quite good although there were several regulars 
who were either absent or operating behind different calls.  Conditions on 20 
started out rotten here but later in the day improved enough to allow me a 
short run or two.  Checked 10 regularly and several times followed other 
stations which were QSYing to 10 but never heard them. Great fun as always.
