Comments:

Yowza! QRN........unbelieveable. When 10m has qrn levels of S5 you know
there's trouble. 20m and 40m were unusable for about 2 hours due to S9+ levels
of QRN/static crashes, etc. around 6pm local time. This was my first "real"
test of my new QTH and it did seem to play but kinda hard to evaluate with
conditions as they were. Anyway...a lot of fun. Probably spent too much time
milking 40 and 80 and should have hit back on 20m earlier. Stopped back there
at the end and it was still happening! No 160m antenna up yet and 80m dipole
just went up a few days before the test...and is only about 50 feet up. Should
have some improvements in by next time. Really did enjoy the event and
appreciate all the contacts and folks who worked hard to make "our Qso"
happen...Thanks!!! 73 , jeff NX9T
