This my 2nd TOP BAND CHALLENGE. I have a better score than last year ( 218 QSO 
1903PTS vs 114 QSO 933pts).Good contest. I hope that my score will be increase 
with the new rule (x2 multiplier given for each QSO in the LOG with a QRP 
station that submits a LOG with at least 10 QSO'S in it).
