This is my first shot at QRP.  Tough to figure score.  From the sounds of the 
signals, just about everybody must have been QRP this year.  I only handed out 
a few Qs this year (my first submitted score for Stew Perry)  I figured the 
guys that dug me outta the noise deserve the extra points.
