Comments:

I try not to call CQ on busy bands in domestic phone contests, but S&P a few
on the low bands.  Practiced true SO2R for the first time in this one.  Should
be ready for SS in November.  Switched to HA test at 0000Z for the majority
of the rest of the evening.
