Comments:

Bad WX here - Had to QRT for Lightning many times. 
This made it possible to operate 15M at undesireable times:
0200 AM local to 0400 AM local etc. Also noted that 15 seemed
to change toward Europe each day about 1430Z. My 4ele yagi 
at 13M was now better than 6ele @ 30M for the rest of the
day to Europe (NE)!
