100 watts from IC-756, TA-33-Jr. up 50ft, with Alpha Delta sloper and =
WriteLog software. Condx here vy strange. Exceptionally long skip with =
periods of heavy qrn and then no qrn. Huge openings into specific parts =
of the world. Never knew Ireland and England could be so loud - then =
nothing and Middle East opens up. Chanced upon Kuwait calling CQ with no =
takers on Sunday afternoon. Finished the contest by working South Korea =
for first time. Whoops of joy. Best effort yet.
