Well, I think this was my first real NAQP effort. The higher bands were
stinko! Signals on 10 & 15 were best heard when beaming south, probably
back scatter. 20 was nothing to brag about. 40 was good, but very noisy,
as was 80 meters. 160 was pretty good considering the noise, but it was
no worse than 80. It looks like I should have taken more of a break
earlier because of the poor higher bands and saved time for 80 & 160
later in the evening. It was good to see a lot of the SMC gang in there.
Sorry for the poor showing. Hopefully, for the next CW NAQP, I'll be
using V31JP, where I just have to aim the beam north with little wiggles
left and right!
