Comments:

40 M, CW only, QRP.  Apart from the mobiles, CW activity was
not great again this year, at least on 40 M.  Thanks are due
to the fellows who obviously weren't overly comfortable in the
mode, but went down to CW anyway. I went QRS whenever it seemed
advisable and did most of my CQing fairly slowly (perhaps 15 wpm).
Naturally, the mobiles  were great and accounted for much of my
county total.  This time I missed: CRN, TIO, WAY, and PIK.
