Comments:

Made conscious effort to move any mult after the first hour and concentrated on
mults rather than q's because my low mults have hurt me in past couple of tests.
 A big thanks to all that moved and apoligies to N4GN and W4OC that I requested
moves that made no sense.  Sorry for all the repeats, etc. but QRN on low bands
was bad.  Can't believe I missed Illinois on 10 and 15!
