Best part of WAE-CW : the QTCs - I love them!

Worst part of the Contest : the frenzied pile-ups following a Cluster spot, with
stations just calling and calling blind without listening.

There was a also a noticeable amount of direct/indirect 'self-spotting'
happening on the Cluster. Perhaps the WAE adjudicators could take some account
of this when checking the logs. [Self-spotting on the Cluster is plain
cheating].

WAE-CW is a great contest, especially with those QTCs. Maybe a few US and JA
stations need a quick explanation of how the QTCs work - several seemed reticent
to send QTCs. QTCs are easy enough to send with any of the usual contest
packages, although receiving them (correctly) is a bit more challenging!
