Thanks a million once again to K1PT for use of his station!

   I actually enjoy the SSB Sprint, for some unknown
reason.  It psyches me up for the CW sprint next
weekend.  I only used one radio, but I wished later I
had two - 20m was workable the entire contest and I
missed a bunch of QSOs there.
   Only problem happened sometime after my QSY to 40 -
for some reason the WX0B box switched the antenna back
to 20m and tripped the amp off line.  I lost a few
minutes until I realized what happened and a couple
minutes for the amp to warm up again.
   I usually do this one semi-seriously but I actually
felt somewhat "mutant" this time around - perhaps some
recourse after my WW SSB 15m embarrassment last year. 
When hearing K4XS, and finding out I was pacing right
along with him, it gave me the spark to push as hard
as I could :) 
   Unfortunately, once again, I bit the big one with
mults yet again costing me alot of positions.  I
worked rare RI, SC, and ky (received very low #'s all
times), but somehow missed OR which I heard several
times.  WV?  another one missed. Also discovered that
I missed a few other mults which were worked by others.
I think again the 2nd radio would have helped.  Operating
SO2R is almost like a security blanket for me now - 
difficult to live without it!

Congrats to K9PG - were we operating the same contest?
You were definitely "in the zone", dude.
