Takes a lot of work to get station set up in "contest mode".Had all kinds of 
problems this time...main amp at the station (Henry 3KA) croaked
last week. My backup SB-1000 turned out to be dead as well last night.
Spent most of the afternoon putting up a sloping 80m dipole...requires
lots of running up and down stairs/roofs to get to each end. Ended up
missing the first 10 minutes. Felt REALLY weak on 80...was even getting
beat out to pileups for other AZ stations!
