Comments:

Great conditions!  This was more of a SO1.5R effort.  I received a brand new 
IC746Pro at my home Thursday night.  The Alpha amp came back via UPS the same 
day.   I was up till midnight getting things hooked back up.  I did not have 
time (nor some parts) to computer control the 746 or hook it up to my automated 
band switching.  In fact, I did not even turn it on until just before the 
contest began.  I got home from work late and missed the first 30 minutes 
getting a few last minute things done.  It performed flawlessly even if I 
haven't figured it all out yet.

I used the 746 with the Quad for SO2R on 10-20 only.  Even then at times I 
could not use it depending on which antenna I was using.  It sure helped me 
find mults and keep the rate higher.  I am amazed at the number of QRP'ers I 
worked...and struggled to work.  There were some real puny weak signals that 
took time to copy.  Maybe someday I'll test my patience for it...not real soon 
though!
