Comments:

it was great time - much better score than expected !
I have only 12m x 8m TOTAL space for antennas - then to run the contest in
LP-class ... I ahd not many espectations...
Set up an L-antenna, which was only 11m high and 15m horizontal top loading
wire... the whole 12x8m garden was completely covered with radial wires...
But still this is not very much for ARRL DX contest...hi

But as our club station is not yet ready (PI4COM - have you seen the desaster
?!) all the members must try alternatives from their usually small homes here
in dense Netherlands...

As I said, SOSB 80m with LP is not a real alternative...

Highlights:
When I was called on my run qrg from a mobile station in FL !!!
Worked all eastcoast multi's except DC - was there any signal at all from DC on
80m ?? Never heard any !
Miss all W0 states as well as W7 and W6...
Heard W7CA very weak here when working GM7V about 45min after my local
sunrise... Where were all the mid-west big-gun stations ? Did they prefer to
visit the olympic games in UT ???

I once heard MS, coming back to one of the EU big-guns... obviously could not
find him anymore and catch him...

Receiving was a big problem sometimes, because EU jamming on the frequency !
Even CW becomes a mess with the crazy behaviour of just very few people...

Last hours on 80m was effected by a commercial tx with a broadband noise signal
with 25kHz bandwidth, peaking at 3522kHz with S9+35dB... fortunately this
signal was not present the fist and second night - it would have made a
complete mess !

I would like to encourage every little pistol to come on the band, even if you
have just a rather small station - certainly the reference to achieve, should
be realistic low - but if total activity is high enough, you will have enough
to do to enjoy wonderful contesting.... look at my really little toy-pistol...

Thanks for all who responding my weak signal...
