Comments:

The plan was to go with 7 ops and do M-M...last minute cancellations left us
with 5 ops and a plan to do M-2...then one last-last min cancel left me with
just 2 ops...so I cancelled the whole Multi thing and decided to do S/O AB
(A)...at least I could check out a few hardware chages I had been
making..bottom line here is I will be looking for Operators who will indeed
come and show up....I am building a huge contest station...its a shame that the
local club ops cannot put enough ops in the seats.....my effort this time was
not full blown...only did 29.7 hours and took lots of breaks to watch the
framing crew at work on the new qth...yes they worked on Sat and Sun....the
house will be ready for the inside work in 5 more days...the roof is going on
and should be ready in May...I am starting the 11 tower install this week...it
will take the next 4 months to get most of it and the 11 stations ready in time
for CQWW SSB....

I played with S/O AB and 6 radios...I got lots of exercise jumping from station
to station to try and work all the mults....to me the Condx were outstanding
the first nite...the low bands were really quiet here and we had a great 20m
opening at Eu sunrise both nites...there is no telling what type of score I
could have made if I had been serious...Used a Ts-950SD on 40m and it doesnot
do the grab spot function as nicely as the 1000mp's do....the last hour or so
it was fairly slow and I could cq on both 15m and 10m and sit in a chair in the
middle and answer the radio that got a response...
