Comments:

Great condx, great contest, great NA ops, should have spent a short time on 
radio.

A local amateur alerted me to the following 2 packet spots during the ARRL CW 
contest:

ZC4DW     28128.4 M0SDX       test       
M0SDX     21088.6 M0SDX       pse,need NV,ND,SDon 15

The 1st spot was NOT sent by me; I never went on 28 MHz all weekend!

The 2nd spot is clearly against the sprit of the contest. Self-spotting and
worst still, making it clear what mults you require is bad sportsmanship.

I e-mailed Sergei M0SDX to see if he could explain the 1st spot (which I am
personally more upset about) but he did not reply to my question.
