Comments:

It certainly was "disappointing" to sit by and hear so many domestic stations
working DX stations below 1843. The DX stations did not appear to be listening 
up either.

While I guess the bandplan has to go through growing pains, and I basically 
support it, I think it is unfortunate that this contest did not allow the
full use of the band so that we all had an equal chance at the same stations.
Particularly, since the conditions were quite good with EU's well over S9
on the beverages.

I believe more time should have been allowed for most, if not all, to get
the word and adjust to the change.

All things being equal, obviously, those who had QSO's below 1843 had a
decided scoring advantage. And, there is no evidence that there will be
any scoring consequences for those who did.

With two exceptions, the few DX stations I worked called me.

On the brighter side, I worked all 48 states and VE except LB, VE5, Yukon
and NWT. No KH6 or KL heard.
