[3830] 3830 Updates continued

Hello all

Some of you may receive subscription 
Welcoming messages from 3830 even 
though you don't remember subscribing.
You may have been subscribed administratively
by me to save work. 

Unlike many lists, 3830 has always allowed
non-subscribers to post. To ease this
burden (each such post must be personally
approved), there is a special internal 
subset of subscribers that can post but
do not receive mail. The the special list
is now being merged into the main list
because Mailman supports a NO-MAIL option.


You are now being given the opportunity 
to continue in this mode by staying
subscribed and setting your 3830 Mailman
options to NO-MAIL. Otherwise, you 
can simply unsubscribe per the instructions
or let me know and I will be happy to do 
so for you. 

Note: We will still allow non-subscriber
postings but posts be may delayed pending 
moderator approval.
