Wasn't planning on making any Q's in this one but when I heard
all the stations violating the 160 meter band plan (transmitting below 1843)
I decided to hand out the Delaware mult to everyone I could find above 1843 
over an hour or so. Nice to hear activity up to 1924 kHz or so -- and plenty
of empty space above there.
