[3830] 40M SAC Signal Comparison de N1RR

During the 2002 SAC SSB event, while testing my new Cushcraft 40-2CD
@ 24M. Observations were made between 02:50 and 03:10 UTC.
Generally , a 5 to 10 db signal increase was noted on all SAC signals
after

     10db RANGE. THIS QSB RANGE WAS NOT NOTED ON ANY OTHERS.

If your station is listed above but do not find N1RR in your log,
that may be because you were not listening up between 7150 to 7300.
