Comments:

What a time to go down with a stomach bug!  Too much time spent writhing in
agony due to intestinal spasm and frequently abandoning good runs on the bands
to run to the small room!

My plans for a semi serious effort were necessarily scaled back to just 29
hours.  Oh well, the best laid plans!
