Comments:

Only second time in my life I've done this contest (K1EA doubled my
score in 1986).  No idea what strategy to use, or what to expect.
Activity seemed pretty good, but there were no really big hours.
Tried to move a few multipliers, mostly unsuccessfully.

Conditions were good on Saturday, pretty shaky on Sunday morning.
20 meters at night was never all that good, but it did produce some
QSOs.  15 meter was the money maker here, but a very slow moving 
line of thunderstorms lasted almost 2.5 hours here on Sat afternoon
when the band was really good.  Shut down a couple of times, and even
when I was on, rain/corona wiped it out (but I could still go on 20).

I couldn't believe all of the 80 meter activity.  Definitely limited
by what I could hear here.  I am sure I was an alligator, but there
were not too many EU guy's CQ-ing, so I had to CQ and fumble around
trying to pick up calls.

Also, 10 meters was typical ... just couldn't hear what other guys
were working.

My room AC battled my amplifier heat to a draw.  Would have preferred
it cooler, but contesting isn't supposed to be civilized!
