Comments:

I have never heard 80m in such bad shape for a NAQP.  I only worked 3 or 4
stations east of the mississippi.  Other than that, the bands sounded decent. 
Congrats to Bill, K4XS, for an amazing score.  I was hoping for a win on both
modes, but no such luck.
