Comments:

Goals: Improve on last year's score of 410K, get a feel for propagation on all
bands, and try out new Force 12 C3 in place of dipoles.

Results: Almost all contacts were S&P; could not get any runs going.Lots of room
for improvement in all aspects on this end.
