Comments:

Well part of this was to isolate the noise problem we have
been experiencing on 160.  We found it!  Unfortunately it is 
coming from the Packet Node computer! We have found the enemy
and it is us...at least we can fix it now. Thanks for the Q's
and apologies to those who we could not hear...that will soon
be fixed.  When it was off, we could hear well!
