Comments:

It was a very slow contest compared to last year, much tougher 
conditions!  We had good sporadic E openings to the west and southeast
but they were very localized. DX was virtually non-existant from here
in central SD, we heard and worked 1 JA, 1 UA, and 1 Latvia station,
otherwise the DX was Carribean/ South America/ Oceania. Not much for
F layer propagation at all. I think this will be our last 10m test 
for a while from KD0S, probably will go to the 160m test.
